The Pay Equity Standards Certification

Get your organization certified by On Our Team’s Pay Equity Standards!

To certify for the Pay Equity Standards Badge:

  • Organizations with annual operating budgets of under $1 million must submit all items in Section 1 of The Pay Equity Standards.

  • Organizations with annual operating budgets of $1 million or more must submit all items in Section 1 and Section 2 of The Pay Equity Standards.

  • Materials and information are submitted to On Our Team through the Certification Portal using JotForm.

  • Certified organizations may elect to recertify to gain use of an updated badge to show their community that their policies remain in compliance. Organizations may elect to certify only once, or recertify every year or on a schedule that works for them, i.e. every 3 years, etc.

Start the Certification Process

2024 certification is open through August 31, 2024 11:59PM CST.

Certification for 2025 will open October 1, 2024.

Certification Application Review

Once submitted, organizations will be reviewed in the order their certification application is received. When a member of the review committee has a working relationship with a company seeking certification, they will recuse themselves from the committee to avoid conflict of interest.

Organizations will receive an email to the contact information they submitted with a certification decision and, if approved, they will gain access to dated The Pay Equity Standards badge. If an organization needs to submit additional information before certification is completed, they will be notified.

Certified organizations will be listed on the On Our Team website and be given access a dated The Pay Equity Standards badge.
